| dc.description.abstract | Die Autorin erarbeitet in ihrer Dissertation anhand problemzentrierter Interviews ein Modell zum Weiterbildungsverhalten bildungsferner Gruppen. Die Auswertung der Interviews mit Besuchenden eines sozial benachteiligten Quartiers in Berlin-Mitte erfolgt in Anlehnung an die Grounded Theory. Damit nimmt sie eine sozialraumorientierte Forschungsperspektive ein. In ihren Ergebnissen zeigt die Autorin regulierende Elemente für Teilnahme und Nicht-Teilnahme an organisierter Weiterbildung sowie mögliche Konsequenzen für die Gestaltung von Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung. | |
