Today it is practically impossible not to recognize that we are living a time of change; A period of deep transformations, often disconcerting, which are not subject to regular or predictable parameters. But the story is full of similar moments of change, which constitute an object of undoubted interest, although they contain enormous difficulties of research and explanation. Possibly, one of the main problems is to answer the question What are the changes? And from here a whole loop of questions arises: how can they be defined? How do you articulate and develop? How do they transcur over time? For a long time, this problem was dominated by the static-change dilemma, being considered the latter as anomaly, such as irregularity to a becoming that was raised and thought in fixed terms. Mutations were the exception to the stability of a social, political and economic order of essentially invariable characteristics. But is the change the anomaly against the static-structure or is the static irregularity against change? This rhetoric question helps us to recognize that for years it has been developed an approach, called "relational", which can be interesting. This perspective does not understand change as a dichotomous fact, as opposed to static, as if both issues were two forces in struggle, but two sides of the same reality that are feedback dialogue, define themselves in relation to each other.
