            Abstract
            La Jeunesse étudiante chrétienne, mouvement d’action catholique fondé en 1929, a joué un rôle important dans le renouvellement des élites confessionnelles et la présence chrétienne dans la société française contemporaine. Les communications de Gérard Cholvy, Christophe Roucou, Bernard Giroux et Vincent Soulage et les témoignages de Yves-Marie Hilaire et Catherine Thieuw-Longevialle, donnés à la journée d’étude organisée par le Centre national des Archives de l’Église de France et la Société d’histoire religieuse de la France le 7 décembre 2009, éclairent un parcours jalonné de tensions et de crises. En complément, Bernard Giroux propose un « Dictionnaire biographique des responsables nationaux et des aumôniers de la JEC (1929-1975) » qui constitue un instrument de travail d’une grande richesse.

            Export search results
