The volume collects the contributions of the “Prospettive” working group, one of the five thematic panels of the seminar “Intersezioni. Urban Planning Education Facing Transformations”, promoted by the Italian Society of Urban Planners (SIU). It explores how urban planning education can respond to the challenges posed by the polycrisis of the Anthropocene—environmental, climatic, social, and technological—through a critical rethinking of disciplinary knowledge, tools, and responsibilities. Il volume raccoglie i contributi del tavolo “Prospettive”, uno dei cinque tavoli tematici del seminario “Intersezioni. La formazione urbanistica di fronte ai mutamenti”, promosso dalla Società Italiana degli Urbanisti (SIU). Viene esplorato il modo in cui la formazione urbanistica può rispondere alle sfide poste dalla policrisi dell’Antropocene – ambientale, climatica, sociale e tecnologica – attraverso il ripensamento delle conoscenze, degli strumenti e delle responsabilità disciplinari.
