The study includes the identification and analysis of the basic determinants of the choice of courier service providers in Poland after 2020. For this purpose, such research methods and tools as literature review, survey and statistical analysis were used. The results indicate that the most important factors influencing the choice of specific courier service providers in Poland include fast and efficient service, compliance with the order, delivery of the shipment without damage, and less often easy contact with the courier company, the ability to reschedule the collection of the shipment or the personal culture and willingness of courier company employees to solve problems that arise. Most surveyed declared that the coronavirus pandemic had affected the quality of courier services in Poland during the period under review. Currently, the respondents have a better assessment of, among other things, the available forms of payment, the ability to use the app, while the handling of complaints, returns and the amount of the price for the services provided is worse.
