Development Concepts and Trends for Experts in the Field of Management Accounting – Global and National Perspective
Abstract
The presented monograph expands the existing pool of knowledge with a description of the current level of development and role of management accountants in Poland against the background of concepts which are considered standard in highly developed countries. Therefore, it also narrows the gap between the theory and practice of management accounting. The research conducted for the purposes of this study can be perceived as an indication of the future development and refinement of curricula by institutions of higher learning, and of the willingness by employers to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment procedures related to hiring specialists in the field of management accounting and controlling.
