Abstract

Dental caries are a global health issue affecting all populations. As their progression is influenced by a multitude of factors, a deep insight into sound and affected tooth structures enables proper diagnosis and treatment. This book includes seven chapters that focus on various important aspects of the ethiopathogenesis and prevention of dental caries, developmental anomalies of enamel and dentin, enamel structure and remineralization, and dentin-pulp regeneration.
