Abstract

This book is the orderly and systematic presentation of the manuscript of the National Historical Archive (AHN), L. 398, Libro de actos y grados de la Universidad de Alcalá (1524-1562), the second in the series of Acts and degrees of the University of Alcalá. This book details the various academic acts contained in the manuscript and collects more than 2,600 student files, organized chronologically. Data is provided on collegiates, chaplains, professors and graduates, which gives rise to further prosopographical research.

Este libro es la presentación ordenada y sistemática del manuscrito del Archivo Histórico Nacional (AHN), L. 398, Libro de actos y grados de la Universidad de Alcalá (1524-1562), el segundo de la serie de Actos y grados de la Universidad de Alcalá. En esta obra se detallan los diversos actos académicos que contiene el manuscrito y se recogen más de 2600 fichas de estudiantes, organizadas cronológicamente. Se aportan datos sobre colegiales, capellanes, profesores y graduados, que dan pie a ulteriores investigaciones prosopográficas.
