Résumé

The present work is not entirely a treatise. It is just a manual for the ease of understanding related families, assembled, composed, reconstituted or if we want social; as a new modality of constituting a family, therefore, it must also have a space within the civil code. The purpose is to carry out a doctrinal, jurisprudential and comparative analysis of this type of family and explain the most important changes that must be incorporated into the current civil code; Hoping it will be useful for all those who have a vocation for civil law.

El presente trabajo no es del todo un tratado. Es tan solo un manual para la facilidad de entender a las familias afines, ensambladas, compuestas, reconstituidas o si queremos sociales; como una nueva modalidad de constituir familia, por tanto, también debe tener un espacio dentro del código civil. El propósito es realizar un análisis doctrinal, jurisprudencial y comparado de este tipo de familias y explicar los cambios más importantes que deben ir incorporados en el vigente código civil; esperando que sea de utilidad para todas aquellos que tienen vocación por el derecho civil.
