publisher.peerreviewpolicyRTI Press conducts single-blind peer-review on most submitted manuscripts (other than conference proceedings). Our peer reviewers come from both inside and outside RTI. The majority of reviewed manuscripts have at least one external reviewer. For RTI reviewers, we avoid conflicts of interest by excluding reviewers from the same division or that work on the same project as RTI authors.
