publisher.peerreviewpolicyPublications of Vytautas Magnus University are reviewed by two academics appointed by the Faculty Council. The following requirements are applied:<BR> • Both reviewers of a monograph should be acknowledged scholars of the same scientific area as the author, but from another institution (at least one reviewer of monographs in humanities and social sciences should be from another institution). publisher.descriptionVytautas Magnus University publishes Open Access books written by our University scholars in order to increase the impact and dissemination of their works, to enable the possibility to access the results of scientific research, ensure the visibility, effective use, citation of the scientific output. One of the aims of Open Access policy is to ensure permanent URL’s of e-documents guaranteeing permanent links to submitted documents and long term storage of the documents. All open access books are available in Vytautas Magnus University e-Publication Repository (VMU ePub), which is a part of Lithuanian Academic Electronic Library (eLABa).*
