Resultados Científicos de la Investigación Multidisciplinaria desde la Perspectiva Ética

Abstract

This manuscript is the result of multidisciplinary research under different scientific-academic perspectives, through the confrontation of criteria of different authors under a descriptive approach that points out the importance of ethics in various current scenarios such as labor discrimination within the case study in Santo Domingo, the importance of ethical principles in global business is highlighted, the ethical perspective of the public in Ecuadorian companies is analyzed under a social responsibility approach, issues such as work ethics are addressed from the perspective of a changing market, as well as ethics in social organizations, and finally the impact of the behavior of individuals within business organizations is discussed. These studies are carried out from a scientific point of view and are approached from the Ecuadorian reality.
