| dc.description.abstract | Nachhaltigkeit ist das Megathema unserer Zeit. Aber ist es auch ein Thema für das Privatrecht? In seiner privatrechtstheoretischen Untersuchung zeigt Jan-Erik Schirmer, wie eine Nachhaltigkeitsintegration gelingen könnte. Dazu skizziert er mit "responsiver Bipolarität" ein pluralistisches Privatrechtsmodell, das Kriterien für erfolgreiche Integration bereitstellt. Anschließend werden daran zwei aktuelle Anwendungsbeispiele für Nachhaltigkeit im Privatrecht - deliktische Klimahaftung und kaufrechtliche Lieferkettenverantwortlichkeit - gemessen. Am Ende stehen jeweils Vollzugsmeldungen: Klimahaftung und Lieferkettenverantwortlichkeit sind integrierbar, das Privatrecht ist nachhaltigkeitsresponsiv. | |
