publisher.programIt is a collection or repository of refereed books of the Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas (FCJP) de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano de Puno. The FCJP is an academic unit for the training of law professionals in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Year of foundation: 1856 and reopened in 1981 Editorial line and policy: The presentation of proposals for the evaluation of books and book chapters will be subject to the calls of the editorial committee. All work approved for publication by this editorial will be with CC by 4.0. The accepted proposals will be published electronically as a book or monograph officially recognized by this publishing entity through ISBN inscription of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano or another printing company. All production and publication will come from the evaluation of the proposals in both formal and content aspects. The regular procedure applied corresponds to the “double-blind” evaluation. All publications made by this publisher will be made in full open access and free for users, without any type of financial or administrative restriction. For these purposes, the texts and other works to be published will only require from third parties (users) the acknowledgment of the authorship and the source of publication. To do this, authors and users assume the effects and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license.en_US

publisher.peerreviewpolicyAll the production and publication of books will come from the evaluation of the proposals in both formal and content aspects. The regular procedure applied corresponds to the "double-blind" evaluation. Once the projects are received, the Editorial Committee determines if it recognizes them as relevant and adjusted to the editorial policy. If so, the proposal is forwarded to the reviewers. The reviewers will not know the name of the author of the text. The delivery of a work to evaluation will take care that there are no conflicts of interest (economic, institutional, political, labor, cultural) between the parties involved (authors, evaluators, Editorial). At the time of sending originals, the authors may make indications of objection of evaluators. The reviewers will have a period of eight weeks to communicate their opinion to the Editorial Committee. The names of the evaluators will be reserved. At the end of the evaluations, the opinions will be: a) The publication of the text is approved; b) The publication is approved with modifications; c) The publication of the proposal is rejected. If the opinion of the reviewers observes corrections, changes, modifications, etc., the author or authors will have a period of 14 days to make them. If they exceed this period, their publication will be rejected or according to what the Editorial Committee determines. That a book or chapter submitted for evaluation is approved does not imply its immediate publication. The final decision for the publication or rejection of a communication corresponds to the Editorial Committee. Once a decision is made regarding the opinion of publication or rejection of the article, the author will receive an email informing him of the final decision.en_US
