| oapen.abstract.otherlanguage | Desde una perspectiva histórica y hermenéutica, y teniendo en cuenta el pro-pio dinamismo del texto, nos permitimos hacer un breve recorrido por sus funciones, para entender cómo se revela y se interpreta el lenguaje, en tanto que, en el ámbito de su actividad social, proyecta un discurso plural constante, que subyace por esencia a la situación interpretativa del derecho. Para ello, y para su descripción, me veo en la necesidad de considerar, entonces, la fun-ción y el constante devenir del texto, porque gracias a sus variados matices, aquello que ocurre en el mundo y en el lenguaje se puede medir a través de la magnitud de su naturaleza. | en_US |
