Abstract

A multidisciplinary understanding of the various processes leading to colorectal cancer progression is important for creating promising methods of therapy. Therefore it is necessary to scrutinize the progression of cancer and the therapeutic process through various academic theories. This book examines colorectal cancer - its prevention, pathogenesis, and treatment - through a multidisciplinary lens in an effort to advance understanding of the disease and improve therapeutic efficacy.
