Abstract

This chapter reflects on the value represented by human resources in the organization and its rationale as an essential element for strategic management. A recognized factor of competitiveness in human resources; thus today we speak of intellectual capital, human capital, human potential, all referring to the role of man in the organization, in the ethical dimension of business activity and professional work.

Este capítulo reflexiona en torno al valor que representa el recurso humano en la organización y su fundamentación como elemento esencial para el direccionamiento estratégico. Un reconocido factor de competitividad en los recursos humanos; así hoy día se habla de capital intelectual, capital humano, potencial humano, todos referidos al papel que tiene el hombre en la organización, en la dimensión ética de la actividad empresarial y del trabajo profesional.
