Abstract

I am pleased to present the book titled: “Scientific research and interdisciplinarity for the transformation of organizations” that brings together a Research Series of the International Academic Network Organizational Studies in Latin America, the Caribbean and Ibero-America (REOALCEI), prepared by talented researchers, who strive tirelessly to provide a contribution to science through the publication of research on organizational studies. These studies constitute a field of research that focuses on the analysis of the functioning of organizations, covering a wide variety of topics including organizational structure, culture organizational, decision making, motivation and job satisfaction, management human resources, business ethics, leadership, innovation and responsibility corporate social.
