    Abstract
    Cet ouvrage collectif, original et novateur, étudie la place du comique, de l'humour et de l'ironie dans l'oeuvre autobiographique, romanesque, théâtrale et journalistique de George Sand (1804-1876). Fortement structuré autour de vingt-quatre études, une introduction théorique, historique et esthétique ainsi qu'un entretien avec le metteur en scène Hervé Charton (autour de la comédie improvisée de Sand, Pierrot comédien), il explore ainsi les enjeux littéraires, idéologiques et sociaux du comique sandien. Au croisement de la littérature, de l'histoire, de la stylistique et des études de genre (gender studies), cet ouvrage démontre comment l'étude du rire chez George Sand peut renouveler notre compréhension de son combat social, de sa lutte pour les droits des femmes et de sa recherche constante de nouvelles formes littéraires.

    Export search results

    The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.
