The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is an independent, nonprofit, nongovernmental organization focused on closing gaps in research evidence. PCORI’s PCORnet, the National Patient-Centered Clinical Research Network, will utilize patient data from networks throughout the United States. This report describes the findings of a formative evaluation of PCORnet’s Phase I activities and its readiness to achieve Phase II objectives.
