| publisher.peerreviewpolicy | Manuscripts submitted to Codicille are peer-reviewed to ensure the scientific quality of the content. Depending on the nature of the manuscript (monograph or collective work), the manuscript is submitted anonymously to one (or two) external evaluators selected on the basis of their specialisation and their neutrality in relation to the author. A complete evaluation report is required: coherence and scientific rigour; quality of critical sources; quality of writing. The report, which is anonymous, is sent to the author so that any comments and suggested corrections can be taken into consideration. If the report indicates significant shortcomings, the revised manuscript will be resubmitted to the person who evaluated it in the first instance.
